Favorites: Part 1

A few nights ago, I decided to give painting in Adobe Illustrator a try because I'm out of watercolor paper and yeah, I have to admit, I am no good at watercolor painting... ok, ok, I'm no good at painting. I drew a few people and then I decided to draw some of my favorite bloggers since I wanted to post something and my camera's still at the Canon Service Center right now.
So... here are a couple of my favorite Filipino bloggers:
Who doesn't love Tin Iglesias' Fashion Ate the World? Her passion for fashion is just amazing. She knows very well what she wants and she makes everything work. What I love most about her and her blog are her beautiful illustrations, super stylish outfits, amazing shoe collection and creative DIYs. And at 19, she's already marked the Philippine fashion industry!
Who would layer in this very hot country and still look pretty? That's half of Little Miss Dress Up, Rosanna Aranaz. Her sense of style is just as unpredictable as it is adorable. I ultimately love how she does not really go after trends, instead she just wears anything and look very stylish! I love how she lives up to their blog's name. Everyday must be just like playing dress up!
So there goes my first (or second... click here)attempt to paint in Adobe Illustrator and write something about the people I look up to in the blogging world. I have a few more illustrations but I'm still thinking of editing them before I post them up. :)

She's bored

Me in my Junior Prom dress and Forever21 heart necklace

Hello hello. There's not much that I have to blog about so I just thought of sharing pictures of what I did one day when I was bored here at home. School starts in less than a week and I'm just so excited. There's one more thing I'm excited about -- Black Heart Vintage! It's coming on Wednesday! Watch out for it. :)

The Last of Summer

Christine: Zara skirt, SPF swimsuit; Camille: Skirt from Korea, Swimsuit from Rustan's, Heritage1981 sunglasses; Ciara: Zara skirt, Forever21 sunglasses

It's pouring here in Manila. The rain is refreshing after 2 months of clear skies but we really hate the fact that the temperature isn't getting any colder especially in the afternoon. It's so humid. We can really feel global warming. It's so much fun to stay in bed on mornings but other than that, it's all blah. We're really missing summer that's why we posted summer photos from last weekend!

Christine's junior year has just begun last week and she hasn't started doing any of her homeworks just yet! And Camille is really excited for college, she can't stop counting down the days! We hope this will be a really fun school year!

And let's all pray that nothing like Typhoon Ondoy (Ketsana) will happen during the rainy season. :)

Oh, and please don't forget to check Black Heart Vintage!

Another sun soaked season fades away...

It's a shame that over the summer we haven't really been blogging. It's just that most days, we only stayed home and nothing interesting was happening. We've also planned shooting for Black heart Vintage and organizing it but we always failed due to laziness.

Went to the beach last weekend with our family. It was really refreshing. Pico de Loro is just lovely... it's still unfinished but we can already imagine how pretty the place will be once it's all done.

Oh and the one in yellow/pink sunglasses is our youngest sister, Ciara!

School just started for Christine and she has a really messed up schedule. Not happy. And Camille's first day in the university starts in a few days!
